The Role
The successful candidate for the Corporate Lawyer role will be dealing in all aspects of corporate law.
The ideal candidate requires experience in corporate law; advising start-up businesses through to established SMEs including in respect of:
1. Mergers, Disposals and Acquisitions
2. Shareholders Agreements
3. Partnership Agreements
4. Company Formation
5. Constitutional Documents including Articles of Association
6. Company secretarial documents including board minutes and resolutions
7. Facility Agreements and corporate security documentation
Required Skills and Experience:
1. Degree qualified with PGDL or LPC
2. Demonstrable experience in corporate law
3. Excellent inter-personal skills
4. An ability to build a good rapport with clients and to work well under pressure both alone and as part of a team
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referrers and colleagues
