You will ensure that these needs are regularly reviewed to ensure they meet their current requirements, and ensure the general standards of hygiene and cleanliness and equipment are maintained for their safety and wellbeing. You will support the Registered Manager in the day to day running of the service, assuming full capacity in their absence. About You Knowledgeable of the care sector - preferably within a supported living setting Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and managing challenging behaviour Good knowledge of the CQC key lines of enquiry and other regulatory frameworks. NVQ level 3 or above in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) Prior experience leading and engaging a team of Care Managers, Seniors and Support Workers About Agincare We’re a family run business caring for people since 1986.
