Effectively manage all Hard Services operations, including small projects. Be an essential part of the management of a team who will ensure the safe operation of all plant and equipment on the site. Responsibility for implementation and management of a permit to work system and compilation of producing a SSoW. Ensure operational, planned, and reactive maintenance activities are effectively scheduled and undertaken on time and in accordance with Statutory Legislation, appropriate maintenance specification and agreed SLA response times. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members. Compilation and presentation of reports and recommendations. Actively share with the client opportunities for improvements and new best practices. What we're looking for; A time served professional with a demonstrable work history within the building services sector HND or NVQ equivalent in an associated hard services trade (electrical / mechanical / HVAC) Previous experience in a management role as the team lead with good HR experience across all aspects of people management Experience with budget control and expenditure with a proven track record of P&L management, effective cost management and margin achievement Able to compile local policies and procedures whilst demonstrating alignment with group and statutory best practice. Has a culture of cooperation, collaboration, and teamwork across the operation and ensures a smooth and positive interface with relevant stakeholders.
