An opportunity has arisen for a PGA Professional to join the team at Forest Hill Golf Club in Leicestershire. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic PGA Qualified Golf Professional looking for an exciting opportunity to grow their career in a stunning location. Forest Hill boasts superb golf facilities offering an exceptional golfing experience for members and visitors alike, including an 18-hole championship golf course and a 20-bay floodlit driving range with Top tracer and Trackman indoor simulators.

The position is negotiable as either employed or self-employed.
Responsibilities
1. Deliver high-quality coaching sessions tailored to the needs of participants.
2. Educate individuals on techniques, strategies, and the importance of physical fitness.
3. Develop training programmes that promote skill development and physical well-being.
4. Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to participants.
5. Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages participation from all skill levels.
6. Collaborate with other professionals to enhance the overall coaching experience.
7. Maintain accurate records of participant progress and attendance.
Skills
1. Proven experience in sports coaching as a PGA qualified golf professional, with a strong understanding of various sports disciplines.
2. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to educate and inspire others.
3. Strong organisational skills, enabling effective planning and execution of training sessions.
4. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
5. A passion for promoting health, fitness, and personal development among participants.
As a key member of our team, you will work primarily in the club's reception/golf shop area, providing outstanding service to members and visitors. In addition to your reception duties, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to:
1. Deliver private, group, and junior coaching sessions.
2. Utilise our state-of-the-art Top tracer and Trackman driving range, putting green, and short game practice areas to create engaging coaching experiences.
3. Develop and grow the club’s coaching programmes for members and visitors.
