About the role of Quantity Surveyor As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be a key element in ensuring the company secures it's full entitlement within the parameters of the contract and further commercial negotiations. Specialising in a Regeneration scheme on Damp & Mould in the social housing sector, carryign out site visits and liaising with the QS team. Responsibilities for Quantity Surveyor Consistent communication with line managers to maximise cash flow through monthly invoicing and implementing appropriate procedures to resolve client queries. Ensure accurate cashflow forecasts and revenue profiles are in place, accurate and updated regularly. Manage external valuations when submitted so that they are in accordance with conditions of the main contract. Requirements for Quantity Surveyor Previous experience in a similar role. IT knowledge - incl. Pivot tables V-Lookup and formula development. Knowledge of the Social Housing Sector.Desired: Experience with Contract Law Professional Accountancy Qualifications or working towards.
