Requirements To be considered for the role of Experienced cover supervisor you will: Proven experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar role in a secondary school. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage with students aged 11-16. A calm, confident, and adaptable approach to teaching. A passion for education and supporting young learners. Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Proven experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar role in a secondary school.
