Job Responsibilities
* Consider the market segmentation and territorial allocation of various sales executives, finalize sales strategies for each member based on market trends and overall objectives of growth and profitability. Follow up on results.
* Keep customers informed and updated with product developments.
* Evolve sales systems to track major building projects from inception through completion and assist clients to maximize outcomes.
* Generate inquiries through PWD license data.
* Ensure inclusion of Otis specifications in tender documents.
* Accountable for business profitability as per organizational goals.
* Ensure all sales activities meet client expectations and promote existing and new products to increase market coverage.
* Liaison with Head Office to familiarize with sales procedures, policies, and prices.
* Review and analyze submissions of special/major tenders.
* Liaison with existing customers throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction.
* Provide inputs to marketing on competitor products regarding technology, quality, performance, price, and customer benefits.
* Accountable for Account Receivables (AR) Collection process in liaison with the Finance team.
* Liaison with the Construction Manager for effective contract management of projects.

Qualifications
Minimum B.Tech / B.E. – Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation. Preferred: MBA with 13 to 18 years of experience.
