Join our team as a Cleaning Insights Manager for our Cleaning & Hygiene Business. In this role you'll drive efficiency and cost savings by analysing cleaning data, identifying improvement opportunities and collaborating across teams, bring your data skills, operational expertise and innovative mindset to enhance our services and make a real impact.
1. Play a crucial role in analysing a range of Cleaning & Hygiene operations data to identify areas of potential cost savings through optimized resource allocation, process improvements, and waste reduction
2. Evaluate data to uncover opportunities for adding value to cleaning services by identifying additional services or processes that could enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
3. Identify efficiency opportunities in cleaning procedures through data analysis and recommend strategies to streamline workflows, reduce operational bottlenecks, and improve overall efficiency
4. Develop and implement performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) based on data insights to measure the effectiveness of cleaning operations and track improvements over time
5. Translate data findings into actionable insights, providing recommendations to management for implementing changes that positively impact operations, cost structure, and customer satisfaction
Main Duties
To deliver results for their identified area that meets or exceeds the budget and service delivery requirements through full responsibility and accountability for:
6. Data Collection - Gather relevant data on cleaning operations, including resource utilization, equipment performance, cleaning schedules, and customer feedback
7. Data Cleansing and Preparation - Clean, preprocess, and organize raw data to ensure accuracy and consistency for meaningful analysis
8. Statistical Analysis - Apply statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the cleaning operations data
9. Identify Savings Opportunities - Utilise data analysis techniques to identify areas where cost savings can be achieved, such as optimizing staff schedules, minimizing resource wastage, and reducing energy consumption
10. Value-Added Services - Analyse customer feedback and preferences to propose new services or enhancements that align with market demands and provide additional value to clients
11. Process Improvement - Collaborate with operations teams to analyse workflows, pinpoint operational inefficiencies, and propose process improvements that lead to enhanced productivity and reduced costs
12. Recommendations - Prepare comprehensive reports outlining data-driven recommendations, including potential cost-saving measures, value-addition strategies, and efficiency enhancement initiatives
13. Implementation Support - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in the implementation of recommended changes, ensuring smooth execution and monitoring the impact on operations
14. Performance Monitoring - Develop and monitor performance metrics to track the effectiveness of implemented changes, adjusting as needed to achieve desired outcomes
15. Continuous Learning - Stay up to date with industry trends, data analysis techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality and relevance of data-driven insights.

16. The ideal applicant should possess strong data analysis skills, experience in operations and management within service-oriented settings, and the ability to communicate complex data findings effectively.

18. Be familiar with the cleaning industry, have an innovation mindset, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration would further enhance their suitability for the role.
19. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stake holders and clearly communicate and explain the implementation of change projects
20. Ability to deal with resistance through clear communication and well-structured supporting analysis
21. A self-starter who is motivated, enthusiastic, organised, has attention to detail able to work to tight deadlines
