German Speaking Customer Experience Specialist
Location: Harwell, Oxfordshire (Hybrid – 3 days on-site)

With a hybrid setup based in Harwell, Oxfordshire, their Customer Experience team plays a pivotal role in maintaining their outstanding reputation across both retail partners and direct-to-consumer channels.
The Role
As a German Speaking Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll provide best-in-class service to both B2B and D2C customers, supporting order management, returns, and customer engagement in a high-volume environment.
You’ll collaborate with internal teams, troubleshoot issues, and maintain the highest levels of service and satisfaction for their valued European customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support: Handle enquiries pre- and post-sale across phone, email, and live chat in both English and German
2. Order Management: Process orders, conduct daily checks, and resolve discrepancies efficiently
3. Returns & Credits: Manage returns and credit processes to ensure a smooth customer journey
4. Fraud Monitoring: Carry out fraud checks and escalate as required
5. Inventory Monitoring: Track product availability and proactively manage fulfilment risks
6. Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with Area Managers and operational teams to support smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
7. System Navigation: Work confidently across SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office
What We’re Looking For
1. Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
2. Experience in a customer service or order processing role within a high-volume environment
3. Strong multitasking, organisation, and time management skills
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP and Salesforce is highly advantageous
5. A solutions-focused mindset and dedication to delivering outstanding service
6. Collaborative, positive approach with strong relationship-building skills
