We are looking for a Site Administrator to provide administrative support for Manchester site operations (procurement, invoice management, meeting management, social events and site initiatives) supporting both R&D and Regulatory Assurance programs.
Essential Job Functions:
* Provide administrative support for site operations; visitor and meeting management, plan social and charity events, handle key contracts (cleaning and site maintenance). Lead improvement projects within Arxada offices and conference rooms.
* Provide support for financial transactions for Manchester site personnel using SAP; create purchase requisitions, track payment of invoices and run procurement processes for consumables required by site personnel.
* Provide administrative support for the Manchester site Health and Safety plan; write minutes for safety meetings, handle Manchester site SharePoint site, set up safety inspection and training schedules and implement improvement actions.
* Provide administrative support for Manchester site quality system. Supervise corrective action and document management systems.
* Provide administrative support for R&D group. Run Global R&D SharePoint site ensuring appropriate governance rules are followed and historical data/data from other sites is collected.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Project Management: ability to lead projects, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
* Communication: good written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and support end-users.
* SharePoint: proficiency in configuring and managing SharePoint. This includes setting up sites, libraries and permissions.
* SAP Business Workplace: knowledge of SBWP workflow tasks.
* Organisation: excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
* Technology: proficiency in office software like Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Education & Experience: A Levels with at least 5 years’ experience in an administration role, diploma in business administration or Institute of Administrative Management (IAM) qualifications with at least 2 years’ experience.
