Job Title – Clinic Manager

Hours – 40 hrs per week, Full Time
Following their recent acquisition, The Harley Medical Group and sk;n clinics are now part of the same Group that owns Optical Express and ACES, two of the leading ophthalmology providers, dedicated to giving both private and NHS patients world class levels of service and clinical care.
We are looking for a Clinic Manager to manage our 2 Brighton clinics providing both Optical & Aesthetic services, working on a rota that includes weekends. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring your clinic achieves financial performance by:
1. Leading, motivating and managing a high performing team.
2. Delivering industry leading customer service.
3. Making our vision and values live and breathe.
4. Effective team rostering, ensuring we have the right people in the right place at the right time.
5. P&L management, taking every opportunity to minimize costs and maximise revenue.
6. Ensuring audit, policies, procedures and medical governance standards are met at all times.

What will we look for in you?
1. Ideally you’ll be educated to degree level and have a minimum of three years Management experience gained within either the Optical, Private Health, Beauty / Spa, Hospitality, Retail or Service sectors.
2. Experience of working within a target driven and fast paced environment.
3. Proven people management skills, capable of building and leading high performing teams.
4. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
5. Experience of P&L Accounts or budgetary management to control costs.
6. A positive ‘can do’ attitude.
7. Drive, determination and ability to overcome ambiguity and the daily challenges of ‘management’.
8. A good understanding of statutory policies such as HR and Health and Safety. Experience of CQC policies and procedures is a distinct advantage.
9. Genuine desire to work in the Aesthetic and Optical Industries.
