Partnerships Co-ordinator Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm (flexible/PT hours will be considered) GBP29,000 - GBP32,000 basic GBP2,000 - GBP5,000 commission paid twice a year Permanent role Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are searching for a Partnership Co-ordinator to work for a UK based, corporate travel management company. This is a remote role. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Sales Force and lead generation. The key responsibilities of the Partnership Co-ordinator are: · Managing out of office replies from marketing emails. · Removal of old contacts and adding new or alternative contacts. · Monitor left company responses and research new employment. · Create send lists (sector - specific/department etc.) · Set up campaigns with the system for tracking. · Create bespoke Automations for campaigns. · Update prospect client information as needed. · Follow-ups to DM campaigns. · Build LinkedIn connections. · Manage Lead generations including tracking emails, initial calls for interest and follow up as required. · Track Sales Force tasks for future review clients. · Initial follow up to check the travel review status of prospect. · Run solo cold campaigns. · Handle initial email/call/LinkedIn connections to establish interest. The key requirements of the Partnership Co-ordinator are: · Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. · Flexible can do attitude to attaining internal and external client satisfaction. · Excellent time management skills. · Impeccable attention to detail. · Excellent customer service skills. · Experience in using Sales Force and lead generations
