Private Client Fee Earner - Exciting Opportunity with a Growing Firm Location: Kidderminster Job Type: Full-time Hybrid Working: Primarily office-based, with flexibility considered The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Fee Earner to join a well-established and expanding law firm. Our client is seeking a dedicated legal professional to manage a growing caseload and contribute to the continued success of their Private Client department. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced fee earner to step into a role with real progression prospects, including potential partnership opportunities. The Role Managing a varied caseload including: Estate Administration: Handling both taxable and non-taxable estates. Will Drafting: Preparing standard and complex wills, including those with life interest trusts and discretionary trusts. Tax Planning: Providing advice on Inheritance Tax (IHT) and Capital Gains Tax (CGT) implications. Powers of Attorney: Drafting and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) and Enduring Powers of Attorney (EPAs). Court of Protection Matters: Handling deputyship applications. Trusts: Establishing and administering trusts, including drafting trust deeds and advising trustees. Deeds of Variation: Advising and preparing necessary documentation. Client Liaison & Business Development: Engaging with new and existing clients, as well as supporting the firm's growth initiatives. Team Collaboration: Working closely with colleagues and providing support within the department. What We Are Looking For Experience: Proven experience in private client work, including estate administration, wills, tax planning, and trusts. Education: Relevant legal qualification (Solicitor, CILEX, or equivalent experience). Skills & Attributes: Strong drafting skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to explain technical legal concepts in an accessible manner. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Passionate about client care and delivering high-quality service. Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage deadlines effectively. A team player with strong problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and case management systems. Why Apply?
