Customer Service Executive
Dunstable
Salary: £28k - £29k plus bonus and benefits
Based on site Monday to Friday
Our client is a market leader in their industry and due to growth within the business and a recent internal promotion, they now have an opportunity for a Customer Service Executive to join their in-house team.
Your Role:
1. Processing orders from existing customers
2. Liaising with internal teams such as warehouse and account managers
3. Dealing with queries
4. Updating in-house CRM system
5. Ensuring all orders and timelines are met for customers
6. Building relationships with external clients
7. Working closely with account managers
8. B2B
9. Sending quotes
10. General admin
Ideal Candidate:
1. Experience in a similar role B2B and order processing
2. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
3. Good eye for detail
4. Experience of using either SAP or CRM systems would be beneficial
5. Team player
