We currently offer Total Waste Management and Waste-to-Energy solutions in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Portugal, the UK and Ireland.Currently, in Essex, Indaver is constructing the Rivenhall Facility, which will process circa 595,000t of residual waste per annum and produce electricity to power in the region of, 60,000 homes. Indaver is now hiring 65 specialist personnel to maintain and operate this large scale process plant. The Waste Operations Lead operates as part of the Production Operations Team and is responsible for all waste and residue related production and operational coordination activities required to operate the Rivenhall facility in a safe, efficient and compliant manner.They will also be responsible for a team of Waste and Weighbridge Operatives, ensuring all team members work safely and return home safely as well as being on top of development and training needs.There’s no future without sustainability.
