We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join our team to co-ordinate and handle the delivery of Business customer orders from the point of sale to the successful installation. To work with all relevant technical departments to lead delivering sophisticated solutions and multi-site projects against agreed SLAs.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience:
* Demonstrable experience of providing excellent customer service with a focus on delivering outstanding results to specified timelines.
* A proven track record to run high volumes of customer orders, ensuring prioritisation of workload to meet customer and business needs.
* Experience of working in a Business to Business or telecoms environment, ideally working on a range of technologies covering voice, data, cloud and IP services.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a proven track record to influence others to get the right result for the customer.
* Understanding of product and delivery mechanisms.
