Due to expansion, Tadley Court School is seeking to appoint an outstanding SEN teacher (qualified) to join our successful and forward-thinking school.
Tadley Court School is a specialist school with an Ofsted rating of Good with Outstanding features. Our school is set in a beautiful semi-rural location with four acres of well-maintained grounds. We specialize in the education and care of children and young people between the ages of 4 and 19 years who all have a formal Autism diagnosis and either SLD or MLD. We have a healthy referral stream that successfully delivers values-led education. We are known for our career progression routes and attract professionals who are willing to contribute to our sustained success whilst embracing our family ethos. The school has benefited from significant development which is due to continue ahead of the new academic year in September 2025.
Our students have a diagnosis of ASD & SLD and require patient staff willing to use specific techniques such as PECS (and Makaton) and apply TEACCH principles. Working at Tadley may particularly suit people experienced in the mainstream primary sector, as our school largely follows this model across all cohorts. You will have the opportunity to work in an enthusiastic and supportive phase which challenges students to be as independent as possible in their learning and communication. The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching some of the most vulnerable students in society and a real will to make a difference to their lives (and that of their families).
Our benefits include:
* Exclusive access to reward and discount scheme
* Blue Light Discounts
* Commitment to your ongoing training and career progression
* Teacher pension scheme
* Paid for enhanced DBS
* Cycle to work scheme
* Teacher's pay scale + SEN allowance
If you are a teacher seeking an authentic experience in a progressive and successful school, then consider this your personal invitation to Tadley Court.
