Job Description
* Experience from 12 to 18 years in the P & C insurance domain. Recognised P & C Insurance certification is desirable.
* Ownership of business requirements and issues within the context of relevant insurance organization processes (e.g., US, Lloyd’s, London Market, global operations, large P & C insurers). Investigate, develop, and improve business processes.
* Assist clients in formulating and clearly expressing business objectives aligned with strategic goals.
* Propose solutions related to application architecture, enhancements, configuration, processes, or better utilization of existing facilities.
* Present, document, and discuss solutions convincingly to all levels of seniority, both externally and internally.
* Communicate clearly with developers and team members, analyze, and resolve issues.
* Mentor and educate team members; manage virtual or actual teams across workshops, studies, and project activities with minimal supervision.
* Flexible deployment of skills across various stages of the business lifecycle, including product development, pre-sales, implementation, support, and training.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong stakeholder management abilities.
