My Client is a Construction firm located in Yorkshire. Due to growing success, they are looking for a Site Manager to join the team to work on various new build projects across the North West.
Key Requirements
1. Certifications
2. SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
3. First Aid
4. CSCS
Background
1. Comes from a Restoration or Brick Laying background
2. Has experience working on residential projects
Responsibilities
1. Manage Bricklaying activities on site whilst supervising
2. Conduct Health & Safety inspections, including regular site assessments
3. Oversee labour management and monitor project progress to meet deadlines
4. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
5. Oversee site operations
6. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget to the highest quality
Skills and Competences
1. Strong leadership and organizational skills
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Able to work to deadlines and be target driven
Hours: Monday - Friday 7.30am until 4pm
