A private equity-backed global brand with over three million customers who are scaling rapidly. The Opportunity Marketing has been identified as a key growth lever for the business. Recently appointing a new CMO to spear head a digital and marketing transformation in the business, with the view of building a highly sophisticated department and growth engine. We are now looking for a Head of Product Marketing to lead efforts across the UK and EU regions. Responsibilities Act as the voice of the customer, identifying opportunities to improve product interaction and drive customer adoption based on segmentation. Lead the adoption of new product features and services, including market launches, with a focus on customer and transport provider engagement. Collaborate with the Product Martech squad to develop new features and tools for enhanced customer communication, utilizing A/B testing for optimization. Create personalized content and CRM campaigns to educate and build customer confidence, driving conversions. Own key metrics such as NPS, and lead initiatives to promote repeat customer behaviour, leveraging comms technology like Hubspot and data APIs for personalized engagement. Your Profile 8 years of experience in high-growth tech environment or marketplace (B2C preference) Strong knowledge of CRM best practices, particularly with tools like HubSpot. Proficient in running and analysing data independently. Experience working with Kanban and cross-functional teams. Collaborative, with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across tech and business operations. Highly commercial with a focus on driving key business metrics like revenue. How do I apply?
