About the role: As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Work closely with class teachers to support children with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), tailored learning to their individual needs Provide one-to-one and small group support, ensuring students can fully engage with the curriculum Foster students’ independence, self confidence and social skills, helping them to thrive both academically and personally Create a safe, structured and encouraging learning environment where students feel valued and supported What we’re looking for: Passion: Enthusiastic and committed to supporting children’s education and wellbeing Adaptability: Flexible and patient when working with children of different abilities and needs Skills: Strong communication and subject knowledge to engage and support learners Experience: Prior work with children or vulnerable people is essential We would love to hear from candidates who are seeking full time, part-time or flexible supply work.
