Our client a national group of chartered surveyors, have an opening to represent the Milton Keynes area in residential surveying. They are an established practice offering quality workloads and an opportunity to develop your skill set within residential (and commercial) property. As a practice in their surveying department they undertake defect analysis, level 2 and 3 reports, party walls and other general matters also. The ideal candidate would be a Chartered or AssocRics Building Surveyor with a minimum of 3 years exposure to residential surveys. You will have experience of completing structural and building surveys, undertaking inspections, examining properties for acquisition.
