The Role: As a Conveyancing Assistant, you’ll provide key support to the team, helping to ensure property transactions run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with the drafting and preparation of legal documents for residential and commercial property matters. Handling client enquiries, ensuring they receive timely and professional responses. Managing case files, including data entry, document organisation, and updating records within the case management system. Conducting property searches and ID checks to maintain compliance with legal requirements. Supporting the team with exchanges, completions, and Land Registry applications. Carrying out general administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing emails, and assisting with billing. What We’re Looking For: A law graduate (or related degree) with an interest in property law or legal administration. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
