At Crazy Capers, our mission is simple: to provide a quality out-of-school hours service that's accessible, inclusive, and most importantly, fun! From action-packed sports activities to creative adventures, we create a space where children thrive, explore, and just be kids.
What You'll Do
As a Playcarer / Support Worker, your days will be filled with exciting challenges like:
* Creating and leading sports activities that spark joy and movement.
* Ensuring children feel safe, happy, and supported in all their Crazy Capers adventures.
* Preparing healthy snacks (because even superheroes need refueling!).
* Supporting children during outings, turning every moment into an opportunity for fun and growth.
* Engaging with parents, sharing smiles, and gathering ideas to make our service even better.
What We're Looking For
We’re not about ticking every box—if you’re passionate about working with kids and excited to learn, we’d love to hear from you! But if you have a knack for any of the following, you’ll fit right in:
* A love for creating fun, energetic activities (especially sports!).
* Experience working with children or a genuine desire to make a difference in their lives.

* Wage: £11.44 per hour, with increases in line with the National Minimum Wage.
