We are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager to oversee a well-established Children's Residential Home in Wisbech, rated "Good" by Ofsted. The home supports up to six children and is backed by two highly experienced Deputy Managers, providing a strong foundation for success. Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding care and support, ensuring the best possible outcomes for each child. Manage day-to-day operations, staffing, quality assurance, and service development. Lead and empower the team, providing ongoing training, mentoring, and development. Maintain full regulatory compliance and champion safeguarding best practices. Manage budgets, financial performance, and drive continuous improvement. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years' senior experience within a children's residential setting. Level 3 or 4 qualification in Children and Young People's Workforce. Completed or working towards Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People). Strong leadership and people management skills with a proactive, hands-on approach. Full understanding of safeguarding legislation and children's home regulations.
