Platform Property Care (PPC) have a great opportunity for an experienced Co-ordinator to join the Estates Services team based in Worcester on a Fixed term contract basis for 6 months. What could you be doing? You’ll support the Grounds Maintenance team with quality and accurate information and data, during a transition period as they bring work in-house from external contractors. And you will provide the team with assurance regarding the validity and accuracy of information held relating to all communal green spaces owned by Platform Housing Group, helping them make quality evidence based and informed decisions. We want somebody who can: You will own it Highly organised, you’ll work accurately with a professional and methodical approach. You will thrive working under pressure and to tight deadlines and be adept at creating and maintaining good working relationships. Some things we need from you: Proven administrative experience with strong IT skills. Competent in MS Office/ 365 in particular Excel. Experience of Land Registry, GIS, and Tenancy agreements would be desirable. Ability to interpret data and present evidence-based findings and insights Analytical approach and good numeracy skills Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft professional documents and reports Ability to balance competing priorities whilst still working to deadlines Good problem-solving skills This role is based at our Worcester office. Our office has free car parking. This is a temporary Fixed Term Contract lasting 6 months. Internally this role is called Assurance Officer – Grounds Maintenance.
