We are a well-established, innovative, and forward-thinking Network with a strong ethos around Health Inequalities. This key individual will need to have outstanding organisational and communication skills, be flexible to adapt to the ever-changing landscape of Primary Care and PCNs, and be able to juggle a demanding and varied workload. Ideally the successful candidate will have experience of financial and contractual management, HR, service delivery, development, and business strategy. The PCN Business Manager Role is for 32 hours per week, flexible and a combination of hybrid working between Gloucester surgeries and working remotely. The role is eligible for the NHS pension scheme. Paid annual leave of 25 days per annum plus 8 days of bank holidays (pro-rata if part-time). The BM ensures the efficient running of the network, while supporting the Clinical Directors, other lead clinicians and the member practices.
