Utilise Salesforce software to track leads, manage client interactions, and report on sales performance. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable business deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide regular updates to senior management on progress towards business development goals. Skills Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a relevant industry. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for persuasive presentations. Previous relevant sales experience in the IT industry (2-3 yrs) Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities.
