Key Responsibilities:
* Prospect for new clients through networking, cold calling, and marketing strategies.
* Conduct market research to identify properties and their potential value.
* Provide guidance and assist buyers/sellers in marketing and purchasing property.
* Facilitate property transactions and handle negotiations between buyers and sellers.
* Stay updated with real estate market trends, property values, and legal requirements.
* Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts to leverage for business opportunities.
* Prepare and present property listings, purchase agreements, and other relevant documents.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
* Collaborate with other real estate agents and professionals to ensure optimal client service.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
* Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
* Valid UK driving license (preferred).
