What You Will Do: Manage a small caseload of up to three complex cases, involving court work and interaction with forensic services, with guidance from a Team Manager. Supervise and support two Social Worker practitioners, focusing on Continuing Health Care and maintaining exemplary practice standards. Lead in court work, representing the local authority, especially in Court of Protection proceedings. Deliver precise crisis intervention and management solutions. Implement a whole systems approach to care planning for holistic, coordinated individual care. Collaborate within the team to guide, train, and support junior staff.
