Job Description
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our Customer Service Team team at our Port Salford site. As a Customer Service Administrator you will support the day to day administration of Customer Services, offering outstanding contract support and customer service in a fast paced friendly environment and providing a continuous professional and dedicated service.
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday Rotating (07:00-15:00, 08:00-16:00, 09:00-17:00)
Salary: £26,000 Per Annum
As the successful candidate, you will contribute to the overall success of the site, and will report directly to the site Customer Service supervisor
Job responsibilities of Customer Service Administrator include:
1. Answering emails for both internal and external personnel.
2. Problem solving for client, customer and Internal departments.
3. Meeting customer and client expectations.
4. Resolving customer and client queries.
5. Order keying on SAP
6. Maintain a high level of customer/ client focus.
7. Provide various reports for clients in a timely manner.
8. ATP control for Order releasing.
9. Ensure the completion and circulation of reports to relevant stakeholders.
10. Other administration tasks as determined by the Customer Service Manager.
Qualifications
As a Customer Service Administrator you will possess the following skill, experiences and qualifications:
11. Passion for delivering an exceptional customer service experience.
12. Attention to detail/ accuracy.
13. Good geographical knowledge.
14. Proficient in computer literacy including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
15. SAP experience.
16. Excellent communication skills in order to deliver accurate information.
17. Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
18. Conscientious and reliable with adaptable attitude..
