Salary: 35,000 - 35,000 GBP per year Requirements:
* We require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a 2nd Line support role or higher. You should have hands-on experience supporting a Microsoft Office 365 environment and tools. A driving license and access to a vehicle are also essential.
Responsibilities:
* In this role, I will rely on you to provide 1st and 2nd line support to both onsite and worldwide users of our business. You will be responsible for supporting the onsite aspects of our networking infrastructure and managing mobile device support across the business (both Android and iOS). Additionally, you will assist in disaster recovery planning and implementation, performing necessary data backup and recovery tasks. Your collaboration with third-party application and systems vendors will also be crucial when required.
