Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa - Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove.

We’re seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Sales Manager to proactively seek new business, support the launch of our new event space, account manage current clients, and coordinate VIP group arrivals/site visits. As our Sales Manager, you must be adaptable, driven, independent, and most importantly collaborative.
Who we are looking for?
* Someone with 5* hotel (preferably London based) sales experience (at Sales Coordinator or Sales Executive level).
* A key face of Estelle Manor across all segments supporting the Regional Sales Team with onsite sales support.
* Lead on site visits for key clients based on property.
* Working closely with the Director of Sales, you’ll be contributing to the Groups and Transient Strategy.
* Supporting the continued success of Estelle Manor across all market segments.
* Supporting the launch of our new event space making sure we’re viewed as the place to meet and celebrate in Oxfordshire.
* Working closely with the UK & Europe Agency Sales in conjunction with the Gleneagles Regional Team.
* Working with Estelle Manor Events Team to support follow ups and conversion on Group Enquiries.
* Proactively seeking new business from the UK Leisure Market.
* Working closely with reservations to support on specialist segments (including Entertainment and Middle East enquiries). Provide training to this team where needed to support the business.
* A genuine passion for hospitality and hosting.
Please note that this role will require you to be onsite at our Oxfordshire office for at least 4 days per week.
