National Sales Manager Summary: My client, a national Construction Equipment company are currently looking for a National Sales Manager to join their fast-growing team. Duties of the National Sales Manager role: Liaising with all departments including Sales, Fleet, Engineering, Human Resources, and rentals/leasing to ensure operations function efficiently. Overseeing personal training plans and progression of staff members. Identifying and implementing operational improvements. Guaranteeing a best-in-industry service for customers and clients Conduct performance reviews for all members of the management team. Ensuring the delivery of high service standards. Ensure sales targets are achieved. What the successful National Sales Manager will need to succeed: A proven track record in a National Sales Manager role Ideally have a background within the Plant, Powered Access or Hire sales industry Experienced in people management systems and processes Ability to consult and negotiate, internally and externally. A proven track record of guiding a team to success A full, valid driving licence Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure is essential.
