As the NPI Project Manager you will be responsible for NPI projects/workstreams required for product launches within the Hydrogen Technologies PEM Programme and Key Account Programmes. You will ensure NPI projects/workstreams are delivered through effective key stakeholder engagement, in line with the agreed scope, customer expectations and business management system requirements. Your responsibilities: Project management of low-medium risk / low-medium complexity NPI projects/workstreams, following the NPI governance requirements and ways of working. Directly responsible for project planning, delivery and reporting during the NPI EVALAUTE – CLOSE OUT phases. Provides project management expertise to support the IDEA phase as required. Proactively coordinates, monitors, and drives project/workstream NPI deliverable and task completion managing project risks, issues, changes and resources. Ensures completion of project documentation using required templates, tools or systems including status reports, lessons learnt and materials for phase review. Prepares for and takes projects/workstreams to phase review. Ensures all phase review actions are completed to agreed standard and timeline. Works with the project team and wider Programme teams to identify key challenges for project delivery and define mitigation/resolution plans to manage risk and issues as required. Requirements for the role: A university degree with substantial experience; likely to have obtained a relevant professional business or technical qualification or sufficient relevant experience developed in JM or externally Proven experience of applying Project management methodologies, tools, techniques and terminology in complex / medium-high risk / strategic projects Will have professional Project management qualification e.g. PRINCE 2, APM or PMI Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to present information to diverse audiences Strong decision making and issue resolution skills with proactive approach Builds collaborative relationships working within cross functional teams How you will be rewarded: We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package including bonus, excellent pension contributions and 25 days annual leave (varies for shift-based roles).
