We have an exciting opportunity for an Media Account Director to join our amazing team in London. You will work closely with the Board Directors and Business Directors – on strategy as well as developing a dynamic team.
This role is diverse and provides the opportunity to work across a whole spectrum of Offline Media channels. Experience with offline media channels including TV planning and buying is essential.
We are an integrated agency, and you will have a great opportunity to work across the different departments - Digital, Labs, and SEO.
The role is fast-paced and varied so it will suit candidates skilled in analytics and who are commercially savvy but also effective managers and business-focused.
How you’ll make an impact
There will be huge levels of accountability within this role - you will be an entrepreneur at All Response Media and a business partner to clients.
You will be delivering excellent day-to-day client service to your client portfolio as well as strategic planning and problem-solving.
You should be a strong relationship builder with agency experience – really owning key client relationships and leading your team with the support of the Account Manager.

Requirements:
* 4+ years’ experience in a similar role working with offline media channels - TV, radio, outdoor, and print.
* Fully conversant (planning and buying) across several media channels, including TV.
* Strong client relationships and ownership of several accounts.
* Sound experience working at a strategic level and making recommendations.
* Team management to deliver effective media campaigns across integrated channels.
* Developing and mentoring to ensure exceptional client delivery.
* Establishing and managing long-term client strategies.
* Taking an active role in new business generation.
* A confident communicator; written and verbal. Lead client meetings and presentations.
Responsibilities:
* Leading client meetings and relationships.
* Managing client’s business to ensure optimum spend.
* Instrumental in strategic team thinking and quality of work.
* Instigating planning and client-related business initiatives.
* Establishing and managing long-term client strategies.
* Assessing client satisfaction and profitability.
* Responsibility for ensuring regular client strategy and status meetings are implemented.
* Key media owner negotiation and ensuring buying standards are maintained.
* Providing Board with insight of day-to-day client/team/media owner issues.
* Identification of any new offline media opportunities, and investigating the potential feasibility for ARM clients.
* Increase offline media ‘knowledge’ in the agency and lead training programmes where required.
* Key to recruiting and retaining top talent.
