Are you an experienced Technical Services Manager (TSM) looking for an exciting opportunity in Manchester?
My client, a leader in building services management and consultancy, is seeking a talented professional to join their growing team.
As a TSM, you will be responsible for overseeing MEP management, commissioning, electrical and mechanical design, and installations across various projects. You'll work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of technical services in the construction, fit-out, and refurbishment sectors.
What You'll Need:
1. Strong knowledge of MEP and building services
2. Excellent project management and leadership skills
3. Ability to liaise with clients and contractors effectively
4. Mechanical or Electrical qualification
5. SSSTS / SMSTS / Black Card
