Role: Part-time Finance Assistant Sector: Advertising Agency Location: Covent Garden Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 pro-rata 3 days a week Reporting to: Finance Manager Reference: VisionFR 3098 VisionFR are delighted to be acting on behalf of a vibrant independent creative business. As Part-time Finance Assistant you will l be working closely with the Finance Manager. Part-time Finance Assistant Responsibilities : Manage payables ledger, post invoices and reconcile creditor accounts Post and reconcile bank transactions Process payments from company bank accounts Process employee expense claims, including payment runs, and act as the main point of contact for expenses advice. Assist with the set up of new suppliers Daily cash reporting Assist with the preparation of some monthly balance sheet reconciliations Preparation of supplier payment runs Draft, edit and finalise invoices for clients, working closely with Account Leads Maintain trackers for overall accounts including amount billed, approved budgets, inter-company budget allocations and year to date fees and expenses. Ensure that invoices are submitted in a timely manner and in accordance with the Client agreements. Upload invoices to client portals as required. Assist in the collection process as needed. Assist Project Managers/Client leaders on client queries and requests. Reconcile work in progress, accrued and deferred income. Monthly intercompany billing.
