The Richmond Fellowship Scotland are currently looking to recruit a Team Manager (Registered Manager) to work in our Borders services.
As the Team Manager, you will be responsible for creating effective relationships with stakeholders, as well as ensuring TRFS is effectively represented within key partnership forums. You will contribute to the strategic development and management of existing services, ensuring they meet and exceed regulatory requirements, while assisting the Area Manager to develop and implement strategic planning in line with the programme of continual development in both practice and policy.
Previous experience in management within a social care setting and supporting individuals with a wide range of support needs is essential. Your strongest skills need to be in leading a team of Senior Support Workers and staff teams, focusing on measurable quality outcomes for the staff teams as well as the individuals supported.
Experience of managing a forensic or criminal justice service would be desirable.
Due to the nature of this role a driving license is essential.
The post is remote/home based, with expectation for travel to the Borders at least 2 times a week or depending on the needs of the business.
