Role Overview:
My client is looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Director to lead their EMEA sales, helping to scale the business across the region. As the face of the company in EMEA, you will play a pivotal role in driving demand and building a high-performing commercial team. You will collaborate closely with the Global Executive Team to develop and execute the regional commercial strategy and expand their presence with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the EMEA sales strategy to accelerate demand generation and revenue growth across the UK and broader EMEA regions.
* Build, nurture, and expand relationships with Hold Co., independent agencies, and direct brands to drive new business.
* Work closely with the global executive team to implement tailored commercial strategies that align with the company’s goals.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for the business in EMEA, representing the company’s values, vision, and capabilities to clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
* Opportunity to build and manage a high-performance sales team, mentoring and supporting their development as the company grows.
* Drive pipeline management, focusing on delivering sales results and exceeding revenue targets.
Experience & Skills Required:
* Proven experience in selling brand advertising campaigns to agencies within AdTech or the digital advertising space.
* Strong and established network of contacts across the agency landscape, including key decision-makers.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* A demonstrated history of driving pipeline development, and exceeding sales targets.
