About the role
As a Change Management Lead, you will lead the Changeernance Team that helps ensure decision-making, accountability, and reporting are consistent across all levels. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive greater efficiency and a higher likelihood of success in achieving the desired outcomes, as well as identifying and supporting continuous business improvement opportunities. Your role will involve enhancing the way we work to improve quality and reduce costs, driving best practices.
Shifts:
Monday – Friday ( hours per week)
The must-haves:
1. Experience of programme and project management delivery.
2. Significant exposure to leading and managing change.
3. The ability to authoritatively scrutinise approaches such as baselining plans and scope, change management, risk and issue management, dependency management.
4. Previous experience in maintaining senior stakeholder relationships.
The good to haves:
1. Telecommunications experience is desired.
2. Knowledge of data visualisation tools is desired.
Key responsibilities
1. To develop a Changeernance operating model framework within CTO, defining accountabilities and clear objectives.
2. Assurance of appropriate costing of change, the identified drivers of change and explore whether alternatives have been explored.
3. To lead the team and steer regular weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings to monitor quality and improve achievement of CTO OKRs.
4. To lead on developing processes and procedures across the business in relation to Changeernance.
5. To monitor performance against standards, milestones, including OKRs and broader performance metrics.
6. Data analytics: identifying trends and obtaining key insights.
7. Support escalations where priority projects make changes that significantly delay the delivery of what matters most to the CTO.
8. Providing insight to support Senior Management decision-making and Portfolio Management.

2. A day rate, in-scope IR35, £ per day (via a Hays approved umbrella company) or via Hays PAYE, £ per day.
3. This role provides remote working access from the comforts of your own home and only going to our state-of-the-art office in Reading, up to 3 times per week.
