What We’re Looking For: NMC Registration: Valid UK NMC registration and a nursing qualification (RGN/RMN). Clinical Expertise: Solid understanding of up-to-date clinical practices and the ability to apply them effectively in a night-time care setting. Care Documentation: Experience in writing detailed care plans, risk assessments, and diet plans, demonstrating a holistic approach to patient care. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Mental Capacity Act (MCA) and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS). Teamwork & Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Care Coordination: Work closely with daytime nursing staff to communicate any changes in a patient's condition and ensure continuity of care. Record Keeping: Document all patient interactions, interventions, and care plans accurately and in a timely manner. Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate with healthcare professionals, such as doctors and therapists, to create comprehensive care plans tailored to each resident’s needs.
