About the role: As our Customer Support Advisor, you will provide an administrative support function to the Waste Collections sales team, including field sales and account management. Your key responsibilities as our Customer Support Advisor will include; Managing accounts for work being undertaken on behalf of Hills Waste Solutions Limited Making pro-active outbound calls to book appointments for the field sales team and contact existing customers to upsell new services. Handle inbound sales enquiries for all work. Maintain an effective system for receiving incoming telephone and email enquiries associate with sales enquiries. Maintain an up-to-date database for all quotations, agreements and supplier questionnaires in order to maintain and develop ongoing client relationships. Raising purchase orders to enable brokers to complete the work on behalf of Hills Waste Solutions Limited.
