Responsibilities
* Manage phone calls and emails
* Process customer and supplier invoices
* Take, track and reconcile customer payments
* Input and update customer bookings
* Accounting and payroll processing
* Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Experience
Knowledge of accounting with Xero or other relevant system, preferred but not essential.
A good understanding of Microsoft Excel
