Position: HR System Product Owner Team Lead

About the Role:
1. Manage the product backlog of tickets providing stakeholders with timely updates and pushing resolutions.
2. Assist in the prioritisation of tickets and change requests on PCM (People Case Management).
3. Participate and often lead scrum events on the product, facilitating discussions and actions.
4. Act as primary contact for PCM change, gaining buy-in from stakeholders while gathering clear instructions for developers.
5. Help communicate the vision by creating and sharing the product roadmap.
6. Manage key compliance tasks that ensure the integrity of the PSP (People System Portal) / PCM data and its users in conjunction with internal and external Audit.
About You:
1. Excellent data management and analytical skills, with experience of working with large data sets and reconciliations.
2. Experience of working on a technical helpdesk and demonstrated troubleshooting analytical ability.
3. Good organisational skills and a track record of delivering to tight deadlines while working flexibly to meet customer needs.
4. Ability to prioritise workloads of self and others and meet KPIs.
5. In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology.
6. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
