NES Fircroft is currently hiring a Mechanical Equipment Integrity Expert to oversee the inspection portfolios for various plant areas.
Responsibilities:
* Implement and manage inspection strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Evaluate non-destructive test results and update risk assessments based on inspection findings
* Publish comprehensive inspection reports, incorporating schedule planning and data management
* Partner with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate inspection activities during scheduled plant shutdowns
Qualifications:
* Higher National Certificate (HNC) or equivalent in mechanical engineering
* Advanced Plant Inspector certification covering pressure vessels, pipework, tanks, and relief devices
* Detailed understanding of applicable legislation, codes, and industry standards related to equipment integrity
* Proficiency in risk-based inspection methodologies
Salary Range: Approximately $90,500 to $115,100 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
