The Copthorne Hotel Manchester is seeking an F&B Supervisor to play an integral part in our Food & Beverage Department. You will work closely with Food and Beverage Manager ensuring a high standard of customer service is offered at all times, supervising the team to deliver a great experience for our guests. As F&B Supervisor key responsibilities include: Assisting the Food & Beverage Manager with recruitment and selection of Food & Beverage team members Training new and existing team members to deliver excellent customer service, providing feedback and support as required Ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained within the Food & Beverage areas Taking responsibility for the float, payments and ensuring that all company policies and procedures are adhered to by the team To assist in the planning and organisation of all Food & Beverage operations on a daily basis to ensure its smooth running of the department Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to ensure that all outlets are operating efficiently at all times. Attending meetings as required Participating in the Duty Manager rota as required. What we are looking for: Supervisory experience, particularly within the hospitality industry would be advantageous Proven experience within a Food & Beverage, ideally within a hotel/quality establishment Outstanding customer service skills Good organisational skills The ability to work well under pressure and maintain a professional approach A positive can do attitude and great team player Experience of MICROS About the Hotel The Copthorne Hotel Manchester sits peacefully on the attractive Salford Quays waterfront and is within easy reach of MediaCityUK.
