Key responsibilities of a Partner Services Executive: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, colleagues, and other departments. Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns quickly and efficiently. Assist with order placements, tracking, and modifications. Collect feedback to continuously improve our customer experience.
