WATERSPORTS TEAM LEADER | £13.13 per hour Reporting to the Outdoor Pursuits Manager, you are required to assist the Outdoor Pursuits management team in delivering a safe and quality operation. You will assist with managing and running the Watersports facilities and the associated cost centre activities. You will be responsible for maintaining a high stand of guest care and will set high standards in building management and motivate and develop team members. You will look for opportunities to drive and develop demand and enhance the commercial management. HOURS OF WORK This is a fixed-term role until 25th September 2025. You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.
