We’re seeking a highly organised individual to join our Communications Review Team, as part of the Marketing department, to provide technical and regulatory support on all customer communications and financial promotions. This is a 6-month FTC. As Communications Review Co-ordinator, you’ll have a passion for clear communications, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements, customer needs and that they correctly reflect our products. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. What you’ll be doing: Record, log and manage workflow of incoming/outgoing proofing to ensure deadlines are achieved. Be the key point of contact for queries from users of our review platform (Hive) and support the Communications Review Team in delivery of training for Hive users. Support the Communication Review Team in managing expiring communications and monitoring of other risks. Contribute to the on-going development and improvement to the process. Assist the Communication Review Team in liaison with key stakeholders across the business. Complete information gathering and research to assist the team in keeping up to date with evolving services within AXA Health and emerging trends within the PMI and regulatory landscape. Help the Communication Review Team (CRT) in reviewing client communications and Financial Promotions to reduce risk to the business. What you’ll bring: Good understanding of AXA Health products. Knowledge of AXA Health regulatory policies and practices. Highly developed attention to detail and comfortable dealing with policy terms and conditions. Ability to work quickly and accurately and prioritise and deal with a number of urgent tasks. Able to communicate effectively. Self-motivator. Clear understanding of the Principles of Insurance.
